Visiting the MLK Memorial

Recently I was in Northern Virginia to attend the high school graduation of my oldest granddaughter. The majority of my children had flown in to attend the graduation as well. We all made it a vacation that gave us the chance to do some site seeing and have a grand time.
Sunday morning gave me the opportunity to go into DC with my son from Texas to see the MLK Memorial, as well as being close enough to the Jefferson Memorial to take pictures of it as well.
