Theme Thursday=Roof
While I was cruising the Rhone River last Spring we had a tour of the Charity Hospital Hotel Dieu in Beaume France. One of the first things that struck me as we approached the hostital was the beautiful roof. I am currently not at home and don't have access to the pictures I took of that roof, but click on the link and you can see a picture by Levesque Kevin I found on the internet. Multi-coloured Tile roof of Charity Hospital Hotel Dieu, Beaune France.

Couldn't get to that second link, but the first one was a mind-blower!
wow! what a roof! bet it took them a bit to put that one together!
Hi there,
I just adore tiled roofs. But one home owner near our street has covered her entire house with colorful brick work similar to the photo. Whoa! That's just too much.
Ah, short, sweet but very beautiful.
Such greatness...how do they manage to do such beautiful things :)

That roof is so amazing!
sometimes you see a barn roof that's got a design in it like this. That's a lot of work.
WOW that is very stricking. Imaging the work that went into crating that work of art. Of their aching backs.
Wow! It looks like a pattern on an Indian blanket or basket. Fantastic.
the roof reminded me of a quilt..very cool c
